1. Place Your Order
After you place your order, our artists begin creating a custom design based on the photo you submit.
2. Preview & Approval (1–4 days)
You’ll receive a digital preview by email within a few days. We only move forward once you’re completely happy with the design.
3. Unlimited Revisions
Need changes? No problem. You can request revisions until the artwork feels just right.
4. Production (1–3 days)
Once approved, your item goes into production and is carefully prepared for shipping.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Your order is securely packaged and shipped. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Yes! The number of pets depends on the product type:
- Hoodies, sweatshirts & t-shirts: up to 4 people/pets
- Mugs & caps: up to 2 people/pets
- kids’ items: 1 people/pet
If you have a special request or are unsure what works best, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
Because each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to provide previews before an order is placed.
That said, your satisfaction is guaranteed — we offer unlimited revisions and only move forward with production once you’ve fully approved the design.
